- Children under 8 years can participate only under direct supervision of a family member.
- Basic swimming skills are required for some tours.
- Not recommended for people with limited mobility, heart or respiratory conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnant women.
- Sunscreen and insect repellent must be 100% biodegradable.
- Bring comfortable beachwear, swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes.
- Wear comfortable shoes and water shoes.

- If you have health conditions or limitations, please contact us before booking.
- Cancellations made more than 2 days before the tour date are subject to a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations within 2 days or no-shows are non-refundable. Same-day date changes are not allowed. If you don’t show up the day of the tour, refunds won’t be allowed. Any changes to the date may be subject to rate changes.
